Children’s Program


This summer, the library will be hosting “virtual” programming.

Beanstack has been provided district wide to the libraries, with many activities, challenges and Read Across America participation.

Listed below are ways to participate. Enjoy!

1. Click the link for Beanstack and register to start participating in activities and challenges. People of all ages are welcome! Adults too! Copies of Beanstack activities are available in the library, upon request, if you can’t participate online.

2. Come into the library for a “grab & go” packet. These packets go along with the videos linked below and are separate from Beanstack. Completing worksheets and a reading log will earn points toward free books!

3. Watch videos, provided by the links below. We hope you find them entertaining and informative. These are available There will be different videos for ages 0-5 & 6-12.

Song & Dance is incorporated throughout story time. Before you know it, you’ll be singing along too!


Introduction to childhood literacy happens during story time. Book discussions are done throughout each narrative and every child is encouraged to participate!

Science, Technology, Engineering, Math

STREAM experiments are incorporated into each program, designed for an interactive learning experience!
