ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The regular monthly meeting of the Black
Diamond Writer's Network is on Saturday, May
17, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Tamaqua
Public Library. Learn what it takes to write
and publish a popular children's book with
local author and librarian Hal Pratt, who will
talk about his experience of writing and
designing a children's book and offer some
tips for those interested in self-publishing a
book for children.
The Black Diamond Writers' Network invites those with a passion for writing to join us in learning more about the craft and the group. The network, which focuses on providing education and networking opportunities for those interested in the art of writing, meets the third Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to noon, usually at the Tamaqua Public Library, 30 E. Railroad St.
